A foam roller is recommended for the first section of the course. For the stretching and strengthening exercises, I demonstrate a variety of tools and equipment, but many exercises can be modified or substituted depending on the equipment you have available
Throughout the course, I offer alternatives and modifications, so you do not need every piece of equipment to benefit from the program.
Helpful equipment may include a martial arts belt or yoga strap, a resistance band, a mini-band, a step platform or stool, a balance ball, a medicine ball or equivalent, and light dumbbells.
This course is completely self-paced. You decide when to start and when to finish, and can work through the material at your own pace.
