Frequently Asked Questions

What equipment do I need for this bundle?

A foam roller is recommended for the first section of the courses. For the stretching and strengthening exercises, I demonstrate a variety of tools and equipment, but many exercises can be modified or substituted depending on what equipment you have available.

Throughout the bundle, I offer alternatives and modifications, so you do not need every piece of equipment to benefit from the program.

Helpful equipment may include a martial arts belt or yoga strap, a resistance band, a mini-band, a step platform or stool, a bo (or dowel), light dumbbells, a balance ball, and a massage instrument or massage ball.

When does the bundle start and finish?

This bundle is completely self-paced. You decide when to start and when to finish, and can work through the material at your own pace.

What if the bundle isn’t the right fit for me?

I want you to feel good about your purchase. If the bundle isn’t the right fit for you, contact me within the first 30 days and I will provide a full refund for the entire bundle.

Partial refunds are not available. If you choose to receive a refund for the bundle but would like to remain enrolled in any individual courses, those courses can be purchased separately.
