But wait, what if you put on your new belt, and the belt is so stiff that the ends stick out sideways? There are two techniques that you can try to quickly soften that stiff belt. How to Make a Proper Fist
And finally, now that you look the part, you’re ready to start training. Proper technique is really important, and your instructor will teach you everything you need to know. But just to give you a head start, here’s a quick lesson on how to make a proper fist for karate, so you can show up at the dojo looking like a warrior.
