Integrated Training

This style of training combines seven forms of exercise into one kick-ass system:

  1. Flexibility training
  2. Cardio training
  3. Core training
  4. Balance training
  5. Plyometric training
  6. Speed, agility, and quickness training

Ideally you want to incorporate all seven of these into your training routine.
