As beginners in karate, the first thing we learned was the basics. With a solid foundation of the basics, anything is possible. All advanced techniques require proficiency in these fundamental skills.

As martial artists we know this. The importance of the basics is drilled into us from the start. But what about the rest of our lives?

I’ve been thinking about this a lot the past few months. In particular, with regards to our diet.

There is so much information out there on nutrition, it can be incredibly confusing to know where to start. And many people get lured in by complicated diets, or “advanced” techniques, thinking they need to be mathematicians or scientists before they can figure out what to eat.

But the truth is, it’s far simpler than that. As simple as starting karate:

Start with the basics.

It really is that simple, but it’s not easy. If it were, we would have long since achieved all of our nutrition-related goals.

And this reality—that many people are struggling with their diets—troubled me. Nutrition is SO important. Not eating well has very real consequences to our health and well-being. Eating a proper diet can make all the difference to how we look, feel, and perform.

This is a problem that requires a solution. And I wanted to help.

So for the last several months I’ve been working on a solution. An online course just for you!
