Just get up and train. If you’re struggling, get up and train. If you’re overwhelmed, get up and train. If you’re depressed, do whatever you can to get up and train. If you’re lonely or grieving or angry, just get up and train.
And I don’t care if it’s two hours or two minutes, you just need to do it. No more bullshit. No more excuses. No more overthinking. It’s time to take action. It’s time to take back control.
It’s time to get out of our heads. And it’s time to get out of our own way. In movement there is an incredible release. In training there is bliss.
So whatever you’re feeling, whatever doubts have held you back before, now is the time to change all that. Now is the time to change your life.
Close your eyes for just a moment and visualize a stronger you, and now open your eyes and make it happen.
