Hi, I'm Sabrina Bliem, "The Karate Shrimp"

I’m a performance coach, creator, and martial artist helping people perform their best in life and martial arts.

My approach is practical, sustainable, and focused on helping martial artists move better, recover better, stay consistent, and enjoy training for life.

I’ve trained in Meibukan Goju-Ryu Karate, Ryukyu Kobudo Tesshinkan, and Japanese Jujitsu, and my goal is to help martial artists make health, mobility, nutrition, and training feel realistic, approachable, and sustainable for real life.
